Return Policy

Items must be returned and exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refund or return will only occur if :-

1. Zimal’z will only accept the return products If the wrong product sent . Zimal’z reserves the right not to accept the return.
2. The item is defective.

You can claim refund within 7 days from date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

To be eligible for a return process , the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items

Only regular priced products refunded. Sales product not refunded.

Exchange Policy

The product will only be exchange if we failed to deliver the right size. All sizes are clearly mention in the zimal’z website. it’s the customer’s responsibility to check the sizes before ordering the products.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address}

  • The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item.
  • It has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains or anything else which suggests the product used or washed.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
